WARREN SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL & QUALITY POLICY (SHEQ)

BASIC PRINCIPLE ON SAFETY AND HEALTH: To embrace the principle of zero lost time injury frequency rate and realize the benefits acquired from successful occupational health and safety programmes sufficient for human wellnes and sustainability at all times.

We encourage all levels of management to be responsible in preventing injury and illness and maintaining a duty of care towards all persons involved in company operations and processes by;

      • Providing a safe working environment in which people's health is safeguarded and ocupational injuries and illness are prevented.
      • Establishing safe operating procedures, designed to prevent and control emergencies that could otherwise negatively affect our operations and clients insights.
      • Aiming for continuous improvement processes and proper action plans and programmes that enable us eliminate risks.
      • Actively providing appropriate information and training to ensure that the necessary skills and competencies are in place.
      • Providing the necessary PPEs and information employees on potential hazards.

BASIC PRINCIPLE ON THE ENVIRONMENT: Warren Enterprises recognizes that care for the global environment is an important management issue and hence are committed to bringing about a sustainable society through our personnel and all our business operation. Based on this principle, Warren Enterprises enlists the participation of all personnel to carry out environmental protection activities quickly and effectively, so that future generations may live in a healthier environment.

  • Establish a system for promoting environmental activities and clarify where responsibility lies, as well as supply the necessary resources to enable management to implement the policy.
  • Contribute to society by creating and supplying the market with lifecycle-conscious products and services.
  • Comply with local environmental rules and regulations in every region, establish the necessary self-imposed standards for meeting regulatory requirements and managing chemicals, and improve management level.
  • Establish an effectively functioning environmental management system, implement environmental policy, set environmental objectives and targets and carry them out, as well as aim to reduce the environmental burden on a continuous basis and prevent pollution.
  • Carry out regular environmental audits and continuously improve the environmental management system and performance.
  • Disclose information on environmental activities to maintain appropriate communication with local communities and society.
  • Actively participate in environmental activities run by governments and local communities.
  • Review environmental policy, environmental objectives and targets, and environmental management system periodically and as necessary.

BASIC PRINCIPLEON QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: This is recognised as the responsibility of the established quality assurance department, all level management, team leaders, supervisor, every shop floor worker, machine operators and contactors both within our premises and on sites to demonstrate visible and consistent leadership in ensuring having it right the first time and always.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of Warren Enterprises management to fully implement this policy objective. Warren safety, health, environment & quality policy are derived in-house through specific warren standards, Local legal requirements (Such as NEMA, KEBS), and International standards (Such as OSHA, ISO 14001:2004) and will be reviewed annually; taking into account all changing circumstances on SHEQ workplace risks.
